Configuration and deployment

When requested, equipment can arrive configured to your standards, connected to your environment, and ready for use. Configuration and deployment are quoted separately as engineering services.

Help with warranty claims

If covered hardware fails, we can coordinate the claim with the manufacturer. This work is billed as engineering time and can save your staff from managing a multi-step support process.

Clear equipment records

We maintain a practical record of what was purchased, where it was installed, and when its warranty expires. We can work in your existing system or provide a straightforward record when you do not have one.

One accountable point of contact

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, call us. We will work with the manufacturer or distributor to resolve it.
